Vtg Chinese 1940's - 50's Sterling Silver Rose Quartz Signed Bee Cuff Bracelet
This sale is for a striking and uniquely designed, sterling silver and rose quartz cuff bracelet, that was made in China during the 1940's - 50's.This piece is marked "silver" and "China" as well as a maker stamp and the name "Bee". This piece is sterling silver with natural rose quartz stones and the piece is very substantial in size weighing 60 grams. The inside circumference of the bracelet is 5 3/4" and there is a 1 1/4" gap as well - the bracelet is very firm so there is not much room to adjust to wrist size. The bracelet is a bit fuller than 1 1/4" wide at its widest point at the front and it is 1/2" thick with large rose quartz stones that jut out from the base of the bracelet. The rose quartz has a very full and rounded shape, it is smooth and domed at the top, and open at the back which really highlights the color and natural fissures of the stones. The setting has a striking stamped floral pattern around the rose quartz and there is a lot of detail and silverwork which gives the bracelet a lot of texture and visual interest. There are no chips or surface wear to the rose quartz the stones have a smooth surface and a nice sheen. There are no irregularities to the silver or signs of solder/repair and the silver has a bright patina which is a pretty compliment to the rose quartz. Overall this is a striking and uniquely designed, sterling silver and rose quartz cuff bracelet, that was made in China during the 1940' s- 50's that is in Excellent condition.
