This is a unique piece of art. It was an Arrow Famous Classics Dimensional Picture Kit. From what I can tell you were to sand down the pieces of wood, then paint by number the pieces. One of the wheels is missing from the car and I\'m unsure what else is missing. The back picture of the men standing along the street is a background picture and was not paint by number. It was crudely cut and painted. The cardboard frame is showing much wear also. The date on the box is 1974 and it features the 1912 Bugatti car. This piece is 11 1/2 by 14 1/2\".
