For your consideration I\'m offering Vintage Royal Doulton \"BALOON LADY\" Porcelain Character Figurine.

\"offerdy Pennyfarthing\" HN 1843.Issued 1940 - Retired 2009

Hallmarked on the bottom base. Besides Early/Standard Green Doulton Stamp, there is hand written Artist Signature in Capital Letters \"KS\" in green color.

There is also Capital letter \"R\" in red color.

Figurine stands 8-3/8\" tall and is in mint condition. No chips, no cracks, no repairs.

Sweet old lady with smile on her face is wearing very pale green long dress & white apron. Holding bunch of colorful balloons in her hand.

Colors are vibrant & intact.Highly collectible item.
