Antique Volmer Bahner of Denmark sterling silver green enameled scallop shell design set consisting of a necklace, bracelet and post earrings. Obtained in the U.S. Virgin Islands (Danish West Indies) in the 1960s. Bought at the \"Continental\" shop, long since closed. Necklace is 16\" long. The 8 green enameled shell links comprise 5 1/2\" of that length. Bracelet has 10 green enameled shell links and is 7 1/2\" long. Earrings are post style for pierced ears. Green enameled shell links are 10mm wide by 17.5mm long (including the bails at each end). No loss of enamel on any of the pieces. Necklace and bracelet stamped \"VB STERLING DENMARK\". Earrings stamped \"VB 925S\". Worn only a few times when I first obtained them. In excellent condition!
