Vtg Wool Hand Embroidered Doll Dress for Antique German/French Jumeau Bebe #712 Gorgeous creamy wool challis, hand embroidered with silk thread and brown silk ribbon bows on this jumper dress. The blouse underneath is beautiful vintage butterfly embroidered netting lace. This is a two piece set. The jumper is adorned with silk ribbons and hand embroidered turkey track stitching. The hemline is finished in box pleats. The dress bodice is lined with stiffened gauze for good structure as it would have been in the period. Antique MOP buttons for the back closure. The blouse also closes with tiny antique MOP buttons. These are vintage fabrics and trims and they are in excellent condition, but there are a few tiny dark marks on the wool hem on the back of the dress. Please zoom in on the enlarged photos to see the details. This dress is made to fit an antique ball jointed doll body with wide shoulders, Jumeau, early Kestner, Bru, Steiner.
