Due to the volume of questions concerning the background, we have taken the liberty of slightly opening the matte on the reverse. We found that it isnot painted, and seems to be an authentic Disney photo copy, most likely used in this scene of the film. Also, there is another piece of celplastic over the original cel to protect it.
