WARREN KREMER (1921 - 2003) worked briefly in pulps before moving on to comics, and spent most of his career at Harvey, where he worked in a variety of genres, including their horror titles. However, he is probably best-known for establishing the "house" style for the famous Harvey cartoon characters, including Casper, Richie Rich, Hot Stuff, and more. He created the giant-sized Stumbo and eventually became Harvey\'s premiere cover artist.
