Waterman 3v fountain pen c1930s in green marble celluloid with red highlights, and chrome trim. It\'s a short fat pen with a number 2 nib, the successor to the 52v.

The nib is fine to medium and fairly flexible, capable of downstrokes of about 1.7mm. It\'s good for pointed-pen calligraphy styles like copperplate or spencerian. It\'s no overly soft, however, so is also very good for everyday writing.

When you hear people talk about the typical vintage No. 2 Waterman nib, this is basically it: very flexible by the standards of modern fountain pens, but very ordinary by the standards of the 1920s and \'30s, designated by Waterman as a general purpose nib.See the writing samples.

Lever filler, restored and working with a new sac installed. Length about 4 1/4 inches.
