- We offer 4 warranty options. Please specify after you purchase which warranty you wish to buy and we will send a separate invoice. Our extended warranties are a one time part only warranty. (Labor is not covered) Should the part fail and you choose to have an extended warranty on the replacement part another extended warranty must be purchased. Please refer to invoice and installation procedure tag for required guidelines to validate the warranty. Retain your receipt for the duration of the warranty.
- Bronze: Standard 90 day (free of charge)
- Silver: 6 Month Warranty (10% of purchase price)
- Gold: 1 Year Warranty (20% of purchase price)
- Platinum: 2 Year Warranty (30% of purchase price)
Engine Warranty & Installation Procedures
- Prior to installation of your used engine we require these steps be taken for warranty to be valid. Also please note while engines may come with accessories these are not covered under any warranty. This engine comes with a 30 day part only warranty. Extended warranties may be purchased as well. Engines are guaranteed against knocking and excessive smoking. Warranty is void if engines heat tab is melted or removed. Pre-Installation Requirements: Drain and replace engine oils to manufacture suggested levels. Replace oil, air and fuel filters. Replace valve cover gaskets. Replace oil pan gasket and rear main seal. If needed replace timing gears, chains or belts & gaskets. Replace thermostat & gasket. Flush cooling system and re-fill. Install new spark plugs & wires. Install new belts and hoses. Failure to provide proof any of these steps were not taken may void warranty.
