This small pierced serving spoon is perfect for entertaining. Use it for ladling almonds, nuts, bonbons, or other small food specialties. The spoon is in the Louis XV pattern from the Whiting Division of the Gorham Company. Peacock (stamped on the spoon--see photo) was probably the retailer who sold the spoon. The spoon is solid sterling silver with a light gold wash on the bowl of the spoon. The spoon measures approximately 4 1/2 inches long. The spoon has some light wear marks but is otherwise in very good condition (see photos).
