This looks to be a very good looking example, its made from bronze, i think he must be one of the chinese gods, i sold a similar one a couple of months ago but decided to keep this and another i have as they look great on display and my wife likes them, but she has just bought a new car so ive told her i have to sell the figures, there are some character marks on his back, info welcome what they mean, it has overall wear as seen, but still displays very well, it measures about 24.9cm high and weighs about 1.770kg. viewing welcome as it was a difficult piece to photograph. he is holding something in his hand, the top part sticks out above his hand, but the bottom section only appears as a short piece, but i think the design is carried onto the figure itself, its very difficult to tell if part of the piece he is holding is missing or not, so thats why i prefer viewing, otherwise im selling as seen with possible marks and damage. info welcome on possible age, the last one i sold someone said it could be ming dynasty. if this does ok i will list the other one aswel, very reluctant sale.
