This sale is for a very finely cast Chinese bronze censer. The censer stands on three slightly rounded feet and has loop handles on each side of the piece. The underside is a marked with a crisp and large four character mark on the underside. It shows nice patina and even wear around the entire exterior. It measures 6.5 inches (16.5cm) across the body and is extremely heavy for the size. The censer weighs an impressive 1560 grams or 3.5 pounds. A very nice Chinese bronze censer with simple and elegant form.
