WORKING CAST BRASS WALL BRACKET SCONCE KEROSENE MINIATURE OIL LAMP & CHIMNEY:

Up for sale is this working miniature paraffin / kerosene oil lamp in brass with opal glass font and English Made 3/4 inch \'slip\' burner and Griffin Brand marked chimney.

The lamp is just under 18 inches overall height when fully assembled and projects 9 inches from the wall. The ornate cast brass backplate is 9&1/2 inches high and has 4 screw holes for attaching to the wall.

The bracket itself is made of cast and hollow elements brazed together. Font is fitted to a brass undermount that screws into the end of the bracket.

There are NO chips, NO cracks and no damage to the glass parts. The font has a number of areas of roughness to the underside where the surface cooled in manufacture before it was polished smooth.

Burns superbly, and without smell if you use clean paraffin. Instructions included, would suit a small cottage room or hallway, gives a good light !
