Ww1 German Extended Exposure Gas Mask, Extremely Scarce, Poor Condition, Orig For Sale
I am unsure of the model of this mask, but it is meant for wear by those who are required to spend extended amounts of time in gas saturated areas. This means engineers, medical personell, or anyone recovering equipment. These are extremely scarce, I have only ever seen them in photographs. It is missing the hose and mouth piece. Some of the markings are readable, and there also appears to be name and unit information written on the case. Would make a good display item, it is filthy, and very dusty.
