WW2 German NCO Heer shoulder board vintage (single Epaulette with marked pips):

I am selling my collection of militaria which I have just unpacked from 30 years in storage. I acquired these items as a teenage collector in the 1970’s at modest cost in good old-fashioned face to face transactions. I have done my best to remember and describe how I came by each item. None have been altered or modified by me in any way. Please examine pictures carefully as a collector and contact me should you need any further information or details.
This single wool shoulder board is in very good condition with striping and insignia which I believe correspond to an army/ infantry master sergeant rank. Area of piping is about 4 X 1.75 inches. The two silver colored pips are cast metal (feel like aluminum) with the marks “FR40” on each one. Small moth hole on back. The cloth does not fluoresce under a Wood’s lamp as shown.
I purchased this item directly from a collector in the 1970’s.
