TRANSACTION DETAILS...

Please read all the information below if you are planning to offer. Thanks!

We are located in Ontario, Canada. We pack and ship items sold within threebusiness daysafter payment is received and or has cleared. However, we find that shipping times vary due to circumstances beyond our control (Canada Post and USPS and International Postal Services and occaisionally Customs).

Please refer to dates marked on the package that indicate when the item was shipped, upon receipt to confirm the above.

If you haveanyconcerns with your item upon receipt, please contact us by telephone preferably(

winning buyers will receive this information after the sale has ended) beforeleaving response and please keep this information in mind when providing our DSR ratings particularly regarding shipping times.

We appreciate that along the way every now and then a problem can arise, if and when this does if you contact us with any concerns we guarantee that we will respond in a friendly, prompt and respectful manner. On the other hand,if you consider yourself (or others consider you) to be somewhat impatient or unfriendly, we would appreciate it if you did not offer on our item.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE DETAILS...

We have limited shipping options in Ontario, and we want to ask buyers to understand that we do not set the postal rates. We do subsidize the rates in many cases (particularly when it comes to insurance) but in the interest of efficiency with the listings and to provide more accessible shipping, we do set flat rates. The prices below are for a padded, boxed shipment to protect the item.We do however, happily combine shipping see note above initalics.

We ship to Canada,

The flat rate to ship this item is "Regular Parcel" (6 business days) across Canada, insured for 22.00. We get questions about why it is not less expensive to ship to Canada than the US but if you visit canadapost.ca and look at the rates tab you will see that shipping from Ontario to many provinces across Canada are just as costly as shipping to most states.
We ship to the Continental US,We can ship this"Expedited Parcel" for 22.00 (fully insured). We get questions about why the shipping costs are so expensive and request that you visit canadapost.ca online and look at the rates tab you will see that shipping from Ontario to most states runs higher than what we are charging when you choose the option that includes any form of tracking or insurance.

SATISFACTION POLICY...

Your satisfaction with your item and delivery is important to us.

We have very positive response, and this has been based on a practice of unconditional guarantee thatwe are no longer interested in providing- due to changes in policies* which, we believe, left sellers in a vulnerable position. In our experiences a very small percentage of the buying community has taken advantage of this. For example, we have been asked to refund a pocket watch due to a 'suggested' discrepancy of 1/16th of an inch in measurement (this cost us money on the original shipping and return shipping). Unless there is a listing error on our part, or the item was damaged during shippingwe will not accept returns, please read the description carefully, examine the many photos and contact us with any questions you may have during the live sale.

*I believe is trying to address some of these concerns more recently, I took a break from for 6 months and am just getting back into it.

Having said this, please know thatwe are honest sellers and have always endeavoured to provide customer satisfaction, we just don't want to be taken advantage of.

Please feel free to contact usby telephone preferably(number will be provided to winning buyers when the sale ends)withanyquestions or concerns.

Please read the Description and Transaction Details carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns. _gsrx_vers_421 (GS 6.0.9 (421))
