Wwii 1941 Us Navy Seth Thomas Ships Mark I Boat Clock Ships's Works Bakelite For Sale
This sale is for an original vintage WWII United States Mark I Boat clock dating form 1941. The clock works and runs as it should. I do not have a key but was tested. Has a bakelite body and beveled glass face. Made by Seth Thomas in the USA and serial number is 11405. In very nice original condition with no cracks, no chips, no scratches to the face and is very clean for its age. A couple minor scratches to the part where it attached to the wall but is nothing major. Opens and closes as it should. Measures approx. 4 3/8" across the face and is 4 inches deep. This is an original from a WWII Navy Ship and is a must for any collector. Very cool WWII Navy item and is a must for any collector. Found at a recent 85 year estate of a long time Navy Officer who was also a General Dynamics/Convair engineer and was stored away for years. Will ship overseas and combine shipping on multiple wins. Glare spots are from the light reflection and not on the actual surface of the item. Weight is just under 3 pounds unpacked.
