Up for offer is aWWII"Yank The Army Weekly"Scrapbook from 1944 - 1945. Some of the papers covers are loose, have tears, and rough edges but most are very ledgible with great content!!! There are20 newspapers in this scrapbook and it measures 12 x 16 inches.
This came from 1st Sergeant Luther Hall who served with the famed 92nd Infantry "Buffalo" Division, 368th & 370th Infantry Regiment, Comapny C. This segregated unit was the only African American infantry division to see combat in Europe during World War II, as part of the 5th Army. It served in the Italian Campaign from August 1, 1944 to the war's end.
