Coming out of the estate of USMC Corporal Donald Mensinger. His other canvas like belt is a 32. I am assuming this is the same size. I wanted to open it up to see the size but the paper was ripping so I decided against it. NO BUCKLE OR KEEPER. As he left it all those years ago in the original tissue paper wrapping.
