Here are some measurements of the jacketFrom under one arm pit to the other is about 19 inches.
From the top of the shoulder seam area to the end of the jacket is about 24 inches.
The length of the sleeve from the top of the shoulder cut to the end of the cuff is about 23 inches.
The nape, or area from the center top cut where the collar meets the top of the coat cut to the bottom of the coat is about 25 inches, or more simply said the length of the back of the coat from the collar cut line to the bottom of the jacket.
I listed the measurement "as about" I arrived at these measurements by taking a tape measure and holding one end on an area then pulling the tape measure tight to get a close as possible reading. In general they are accurate but may be off a half inch either in the more or less side.

The skirt measurements are as follows.
Measuring from the top of the skirt and pulling the tape measure across it is about 13 1/4 inches across.
The length from the top of the skirt to the bottom is about 26 1/2 inches
With the bottom of the skirt extended it is about 27 1/2 from one side to the other.
