Waltham0sizepocket watch. It measures 35mm wide. I believe these were called Opera watches.
Porcelain dial with an American Waltham logo in two colors [a very fancy black W over a very fancy red A]..
Fabulous gold filled case with no wear.
The case has an engraved design floral on the back and around the edges has a embossed design in high relief.
Just serviced.
Runs great and keeps time to within a minute a day. Made in 1897.
