Just un screw the collar, fill the tank with water, then pressurize with compressor or air pump thru the schrader valve. This would be great for the campground, welding shop, fire pit, on the farm, numerous uses. Unit has dial gauge to see when the extinguisher is full or empty. Pull pin included.
