CONDITION: DetailsDescription:Here is a Waterman 12 Eyedropper in good condition, but the smooth (no original chasing) black hard rubber has faded to a dark brown with some parts a bit lighter than the others. The is crack free and it does have an original Waterman Clip-Cap Clip. The clip is nickel plated and has some plate wear, but it is mostly in good shape. The imprints are worn, though readable. The Waterman #2 14kt. nib is a smooth writing XF nib with great flex. It writes quite wet (typical for a vintage eyedropper), and feels more like a F nib. However, when flexing it has some great responsiveness and really does feel like an XF when doing flex writing (hope that makes sense). This nib takes little pressure to flex and goes all the way up to 2.1mm. It is very close to a wet noodle. It’s really on that border between really great super flex and lower end wet noodle. Great vintage flex pen!
