Nearly everything we sell is antique or 'vintage' and in secondhand condition so will have the signs of use - a touch of dust or surface dirt, utensil scratches, old sellotape marks, gilt wear, stilt marks, light natural crazing and firing faults - none of these are damage but part of the ageing and/or manufacturing process - these things make an antique not break it. We do not accept returns unless an item is significantly mis-described.
