Returns: If you wish to return an item you purchased from The Mole Hole of San Clemente, you must notify us within14 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to The Mole Hole. Credit for the item will not be issued until we receive the item in its original condition in which it was received. We will not accept items that are returned without notice. Damages caused in shipping must be reported to UPS or USPSand to The Mole Hole with in14 days after the item is received. The Mole Hole will issue a full refund or replace the item after the shipping claim has been issued.
