Wee Forest Folk M-201 'midnight Snack' Retired In 2003 For Sale
Although these little mice have been around for many years, the business could still be called a cottage industry since all the pieces are made by the Petersens themselves (Mother Annette, son Willy, and daughter Donna)and a few members of their staff. This is Midnight Snack M-201. It was released in 1994 and produced until its retirement in 2003. The regular retail was $230. This little mousie has gone to her very well-stocked refrigerator looking for a snack. She has made herself a huge sub sandwich. There are so many points of interest in this piece. Remember all the food was made individually as well as all of the ingredients of her sandwich. I love her bright red slippers and the yellow alarm clock. I especially love the notes on the fridge---one, a shopping list which is easily read and the art work on the side. Pineapples are a sign of hospitality so she must feel quite welcome to help herself. There are no chips, scratches, fading or repairs on this piece. It will come with an original WFF box.
