This listing is for a West German Singing Bird Cage Automaton Needs Work Wind Up Music Box. I opened it up and the only thing I cans see wrong mechanicly is that it is wond up to tight. Not sure how to fix that. Everthing else inside looks good. The bird is missing one eye and on foot, there are also a few feathers missing on his breast. The base is missing one brass foot and the hanger on the top of the cage. The green felt is spotted. Would be good for parts or restoration. Brass cage and base. Size of the item is 10 inches tall and 6 3/8 inches wide at the base. Made in West Germany.
