Up for sale is an arrival ceremony program from the State visit of His Excellency Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, The President of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic and Mrs. Gorbachev to the White House on May 31, 1990. Inside of program includes a page of "White House Customs" and two pages listing the events for the ceremony. Program measures 5 1/2" by 8 1/2". Also included are a flag of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic, ceremony ticket, and a button from the Spring 1990 Summit where Bush and Gorbachev signed the bilateral U.S.-Soviet Chemical Weapons Accord. Flag measures 4 1/4 by 6" with a 10 1/2" stick. Ticket measures 3 by 7 1/4". Button measures 1 7/8" in diameter. Program, flag, ticket, and button are all in excellent condition.
