This is Dylan at Empire, today I have a lot of Craftsman Products! Items look to have little to no previous use. The sander is in good condition, when tested, item powered up and sheet moved back and forth fast and freely. The brackets look unused and look to have all pieces for assembly. The miter saw box is slightly used, and has all pieces. The circle guide looks to have little previous use and looks to have all pieces. The push broom brush is unused. The wall scanner is UNTESTESTED. Vac bags are factory sealed. No further testing was done.

All tested items are tested for basic functionality only. Other times items are untested because we do not have the proper electrical / water, ect. hookup. All untested items are sold \"as is\" and we do not make any claim or guarantee to their functionality.

Local Pickups

Empire Liquidators is now located at 1791 Fillmore Ave., Buffalo, NY 14211.
Local pickup hours are M-F 7:00-3:30 and Sat. 7:00-3:00.
Forms of payment accepted are: PayPal, Credit Card. No Personal checks. No business checks.
All single listings have a $5/item pickup fee. All pallet listings have a $15/pallet fee.
Local sales tax is 8.75% on all purchases/fees in the state of New York. A valid tax id is needed in order to have any taxes waived.
All sale transactions not picked up from the warehouse within 90 days of sales end are null and void.

Payment

We accept PayPal, most major US credit cards . We do not accept personal checks or business checks. We do accept cash on local pickups.

Finalizing

Please note that we are charged for every listing on the sale website. After 8 days the automated software issues a non-paying buyer notice on all unpaid items. This is done only in the effort to reclaim the fee that was charged to Cylde Ave Wholesale. Please do not offer on Cylde Ave Wholesale items unless you intend to follow through. There is a 10% restocking fee on all saletransactions that are not completed because of the buyers inability tocomplete the transaction or requesting any change to a paid transaction,including canceling a transaction.
