An enchanting Early Georgian Solid Sterling Silver Jug. Made in London, in 1752, by William Bagnall. A Charming Jug with a really lovely engraved floral decoration. Of baluster form with a Wavy Rim all in good order . On three ducks pad feet. With a double scroll Acanthus leaf topped scroll handle. A dainty jug, very well made, with huge charm. Front engraved Rococo cartouche unmarked with no removals. Lovely in the hand. Good enough for the best colections or the very finest dining table.
The Marks: Makers mark slightly rubbed, other's Good.
