Wonderful Vintage Gustav Becker Germany Westminster Mantel Clock 1925 For Sale

Fresh out of a local estate is this wonderful Gustav Becker Germany clock. Great mantel clock. When I purchased this clock I was told it had been working up until a few months ago. I wound all three sets and was unable to get it working. (the winding on all 3 was tight.)
I did manually move the dial to the quarter/half/three quarter and full hour and it chimed beautifully at all points and chimed 12 times. I also did it for the 1 o'clock with the same result. I believe it will not take much more than adjusting and cleaning to get it working nicely.
Measures 11" tall, 10 3/4" at the base and 7" front to back. These measurements include applied base.
Serial number is 2311099 (according to the internet this dates it at 1925.
Gustav Becker made some of the finest clocks of the time.
Overall condition of this one is very good. The base is very smooth and just needs some cleaning. The dome has heavy patina and needs to be cleaned down and re-stained if you want it back to original.
Clocks of this quality demand a huge price but I'm offering this one at a sale with a 9.99 opening offer so you can decide its value.
