How is my item
All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal
Service) first class mail or USPS international first class mail, unless

Flat Rate Mail, and can I request my items to be mailed that way?
Flat Rate Mail is a great way to save on postage, and
combine items together for a flat rate cost (Rates are subject to change at the
discretion of the USPS). International
buyers will be responsible for any customs charges in their country. International Flat Rate does not come with any
tracking number. A Customs tracking number is provided, but it’s not a
guarantee to be scanned or updated upon its points of shipping from one
destination to the other.

to 4lbs in weight of items for a flat fee

Will there be a tracking
number with my mailing?
To keep postage costs affordable for our buyers, there will
be no tracking information on regular letter size mailing of 4oz
or less in weight for both domestic and international mail. If you prefer to have
tracking on your item/s, there will be an additional cost.
Domestic mail: will be billed for package, ¾ inch thick, 4oz or less.
USPS Registered Mail service is the cheapest tracking service available
internationally, $12.95+ postage (weight
and size of mailing).
Another great option: Express Flat Rate with detailed point
to point tracking updates; delivery times are faster for this service, more
expensive for service (approximately 5-7 days, depending on the country). It is
not available in all countries.
If there is a particular service you prefer, please use the
message system to request which service you prefer, and we can discuss whether
that option will work, and be cost effective for you.
Any sales won over $50 must have “USPS (United
States Postal Service) Delivery Confirmation".
Domestic delivery will be offered for FREE.
All International buyers must purchase Registered
Mail service for $12.95+ postage (weight
and size of mailing), which will be invoiced to you upon wining sales.
If you pay for your item/s before you’re invoiced, you will receive
a message, plus a Paypal invoice requesting the difference in the postage costs. Your item will be marked ‘shipped’, but held

additional note within payment to request an alternative address; this will

What’s taking so long?
I haven’t received my item?
We kindly ask our buyers to allow up 30 days for delivery of
an order. Some of our Domestic buyers
have been experiencing longer delays than usual, due to the closures of sorting
stations across the country. Mail had been redirected for sorting in some areas,
causing the long and unusual delays.
Please be aware that we have no control over the processing
times of our shipments once it has left our office. Arrival times vary greatly depending on the
country and the processing times of those countries. We can only track an item
if the shipment was sent with a tracking number.
Is an invoice
included with my order?
Yes, we include an invoice with every order, unless our
buyers request not to.
For our international buyers: any additional customs taxes are

All orders will be processed in the order that payment was received

processed twice a week. Orders paid over the weekend will be processed and

over 200+ listings weekly. Due to the
amount of listings, we do our best to describe our listings to the fullest. We
inspect our lots, but at times it can be difficult to inspect every single stamp,
sheet, and first day cover to detail. In lieu of inspection, we provide as many
detailed photos for your viewing. If you
receive an item that you’re not satisfied with, we will be happy to have the
item returned to us within 14 days of receiving items as it was sent to you.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and refunds are processed
upon inspecting and receiving the item. If you want to return the item, pleases
contact us directly through the message system. You do not need to use the
refunding system. We will be more than happy to receive your item in
