Up for offer is an original WW1 or Earlier Model 1907 Lithgow hook guard bayonet scabbard in very good condition. Its upper steel mount is unit marked 2nd MD 44472 and is marked with a Lithgow Star. Mounts have oxidation spots and the lower mount has four dents. Brown leather body is marked LITHGOW Star with an A inside 1915 and maintains its stitching in good order.
