Enlisted Record and Report of Separation Honorable Discharge original document, dated 17 August 1945. Document details Reinhart was wounded in action in Valmontone, Italy 3 June 1944. He received 1 Bronze Battle star, EAME Defense Medal, and Purple Heart. He entered the US Army 21 October, 1943 and was Honorably discharged 17 August 1945 as a Private.
