PRICEDuring the Halloween season (Sep/Oct), the price you see will be the cheapest price during the season. Each week toward Halloween, the sales discount may be less (the price may go up a little). We do this to reward the “Early Shoppers”. SHIPPINGAll orders are sent out the next business day after payment is received. Business day means Monday through Friday. No Weekends or Holidays. We are a re-seller like any other retail store.Costume may or may not come in plastic costume bag and may have a hanger in lieu of plastic bag. There is usually a Header Card (cardboard picture card) with each costume. All these are examples of “new with tags”, or “new” items. We DO NOT sell Used Costumes.
TRACKINGAfter your purchase, you will get an automated eMail of the order/payment. A Tracking Number will be automatically eMailed when we generate your postage label (within 24 hours).

RETURNSReturns are rare, but because of the amount of orders we get, they do happen from time-to-time.
We encourage you to check our response and Rating before contacting us for Returns.
If the item is Returnable, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item (as per your Tracking Number), in order to initiate the returns process. Most items show a 14-day Return Policy, but that is how long we have to receive it back from you. 3 days should be enough time for you to check your item and contact us with any concerns and to be within the 14-day Returns Policy on .
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns from (we may decide not to charge this). If the 20% restocking fee doesn’t cover the original postage we paid to in order to ship to you, the remainder will be subtracted from your refund amount.If the 20% restocking fee is not selected on your item, your refund will be minus the following: Actual Shipping charges, Selling Fees, and Paypal Fees. FOR DECALS: You may return if you have NOT tried installing the decal. I will not do a return because you decided to install it and not follow the directions. ALL decals will have small bubbles, that can be taken out. Read the directions included with your package before installing.
