THIS IS A GREAT VINTAGE TOY!!When this little dog is wound up, and the pin is pulled up,he walks in a wobbling manner side to side with hiscute red ears flapping up and down, and his mouth opening and closing.
He has a red translucent type plastic on his back where a flintinside creates sparks. However, this little guy needs a new flint apparently.He is not sparking! Also, there is one hairline crack just off the centerof the red plastic piece going from top to bottom of plastic.The plastic has not separated at all, but a line is visible if you look closely. We photographed this for you. The only other issue is that the top pin is loose,so as he wobbles and walks, the pin slips down causing him to stop since it isan on/off pin. Someone who knows about vintage toys can probablymake the pin tighter so it will not slip as the dog walks.
He is truly adorable, and besides the few items mentioned above,he is a great collectable toy! Please see photos for further description,and feel free to ask any questions!
