I sell & shipto residents of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
TAX
Taxes are aggravating as they always have been. I\'m required to pay local, state and federal taxes quarterly and the government does NOT cut me any breaks. I\'m practically being forced to charge sales tax. There are a lot of rules, especially when it comes to internet sales & they are always changing. I try my best to stay abreast of these changes.
Unfortunately, if you reside in Pennsylvania, the 6% sales tax will apply.
I do NOT charge sales tax on currency, gift cards or other non-taxable items.
SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING is pretty much standard for my listings. I only charge shipping for special circumstances like bulk listings or exceedingly heavy, large and/or valuable items. Listings will be updated to reflect all costs.
I generally stick with USPS, but will utilize UPS or FedEx if necessary.
Shipping charges will ALWAYS be fair.
INSURANCE & TRACKING
\'s policies no longer allow me to charge customers for insurance, however, I still apply insurance to MOST packages. I reserve the right to use the insurance carrier of MY choice. Sometimes it\'s through USPS or the Carrier\'s Insurance and other times it\'s through a private insurance company such as DSI or U-PIC shipping insurance. If I use a private insurance company, the package generally isn\'t marked as insured, but it will be!
Tracking is standard & will be included unless otherwise noted.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Currently, I am only accepting PayPal as a payment method. You can set up an account for FREE. There are only fee\'s for receiving payments. PayPal will allow you to make payments through your bank account, debit card or credit card. They even offer a credit option that you can apply for, usually at checkout, which is like a loan.
TIME FRAME TO PAY
I kindly ask that all sales are paid for as quickly as possible. Instant payments are preferred to expedite the shipping process. If not otherwise stated, please submit your payment within 3 days. If your payment is not received within this period, I will be forced to open an unpaid item dispute to recover my fee\'s & relist the item. If you have any questions or need more time to pay, PLEASE send me a message BEFORE offerding.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME
I make every possible effort to ship your item FASTon a first paid/first shipped basis. I do NOT ship anything until its been paid for in full & the funds have cleared. Generally within ONE business day.
If there\'s a rush, I will do my best to get your item to you faster. Items that require special attention such as bulk orders/crating may increase the handling/shipping time.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
Between Monday & Friday, if you make your payment BEFORE 9am Eastern/6am Pacific, I should be able to ship your package that same day. Its not a guarantee unless I mark your item as shipped and/or message you.
LOCAL PICKUP
Sometimes it just makes more sense to pick up your items. For Example: If the item is unusually large, heavy or valuable. Maybe you live right around the corner & figure its just easier.
You CAN arrange a pickup with me simply by sending me a message & letting me know! As long as your request is reasonable, there shouldn\'t be an issue. I\'m pointing this out because I don\'t usually add a pickup option.
You need to let me know what you want.
If you\'ve arranged a pickup, you MUST pick up your item WITHIN 10 days, otherwise, it will be deemed asABANDONED. I will NOT take your money. A restocking fee will be deducted from your payment before any refund is issued & the item will be relisted. I\'m very fair.
Local Pickup is FREE unless stated otherwise.
