1-Day Handling Time
This item is in stock and we ship within 1 business day of payment. We will send you a confirmation email when your order ships as well as tracking information to your PayPal email address.

FREE Standard Shipping
Free Ground Shipping (UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority) has a transit time of 2 - 5 business days. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Combined Shipping
We do combine shipping; please email us before you pay (we cannot send a combined shipping invoice after you pay) and we will send you an invoice. Combined shipping is generally 100% of the most expensive shipping charge and then a reduced charged (approximately 50%) for each additional item.

SAME DAY Expedited Shipping
Order before 1 PM Central Time on a business day, and we will ship your order the same day via UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days in transit) or UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day in transit). Expedited shipping orders paid 1 PM Central or later will ship the following business day. Selecting 1 or 2-day shipping Day does not guarantee your order will arrive in one, two or three days. Also please be aware that there are not typically weekend pickups or deliveries for any shipping method. Additional charges for expedited shipping are displayed in the listing under the "Shipping & Payments" tab.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via 's Global Shipping Program.

Combined Shipping
Due to restrictions, combined shipping is NOT available for international orders.

Tracking
End-to-end tracking is available through the global tracking number used for the international shipping leg. This tracking number is available from the Order Details page in your account, and you may track your order from here. Please note that 's Global Shipping Program uses a variety of carriers. It is not possible for us to specify a carrier when placing your order or if you ask us how your order was shipped.

** HOLIDAY 2012 RETURN POLICY **
United Outdoors is extending our returns policy for the holiday season. Any item purchased between 11/15/2012 and 1/15/2012 can be returned up until 01/31/2013.

We offer a no hassle return policy but we ask that the item be shipped back in original packaging and we do charge a 10% restocking charge. If the item is defective or we made a mistake there is no charge. Please contact us prior to sending your order back so we are aware of your plans. We ask that all returns include a copy of the sales invoice and that the item number is written on the outside of the package. Thank you!

What is the condition of the item?
All of our products are new and in the original box.

How long will it take to get my item?
We ship within 1 business day after we receive your payment. Items ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days within the continental US. International locations and locations outside of the 48 states take longer and shipping times vary by country. Generally, international shipments arrive 2 weeks after payment.
