A word about my response score: I have had 100% positive response until a few months ago when a buyer left negative response. Since I take great care in accurately describing anything I sell, I was appalled at this buyer's demands. He bought my used cell phone, which was in perfect working condition . Upon receipt of the phone he told me it wouldn't work in his country. The listing was for US buyers only so I don't know what country he was trying to use it in. He told me if I gave him $25 back he would not leave negative response for me. I offered to give him a FULL REFUND if he would return the phone to me. He refused and made me "his last offer" of giving him $15 back or he would leave negative response. I did not respond to his final offer. I reported him to for response extortion which is being investigated. I do not know how long takes to finalize these complaints so I have to live with this black mark on my record until it is resolved. His is the only negative response I have received.
