Art Institute of Chicago, Department of Prints and Drawings, classified its condition as "sound and stable condition, with light foxing"Was told by AIC conservator that conservation of the light foxing would likely be quite successful if chosen to do. There is slight shading around perimiter where previosuly framed & a small chip (about size of pencil led tip)about two inches into left side (can see on pics).
