The outer edge is finished in a strong rubber welting .They come individually and this sale is for ONE planter with 48" threaded pole. They are white fiberglass and you can paint them to match your modern home scheme . (See photos).Once desired planting is done you can finish soil top with flat river rock to complete the visual. It is really easy to add a small adjustable drip flang from a bubbler or spinkler top that goes up into pole and into the planter itself so you can water your colorful Lantana or other plants.
