Presentedfor your consideration is thisvery hard to findbrown satin glass rose bowl.It was made in the Thomas Webb factory and decoratedwith Jules Barbe's heavy gold enamel. There are flowering branches on the front and a butterfly on the reverse. A nearly identical piece is featured in the Billings "Collectible Glass Rose Bowls" book (page 32, figures 61 & 62). Therose bowl is a minimeasuring2 1/2" high andabout the same across. The bottom is ground and fire polished. This piece is in very good estate condition with no chips, cracks, wearsor repairs found. Itis sure to be a worthychoicefor a seriouscollection and is offered without reserve! The cost of U.S. insured shipping and very careful packingis included with your winning offer.
