Ainteresting Victorian photographalbum.

From a family in the Bournemouth area.

An original album in unaltered state, signs of use and age, some wear and tear.

This is an interesting photo album as itappears to be related a Bournemouth Sanatorium.The first photo is of the Sanatorium and the rest are of patients and staff/helpers, there aresome Salvation Army people included which would make senseas perhaps helpers or some such.

There is nothing written of a contemporary nature to definitely prove thisbut in the booka previous member of the family has slipped in little slips of paper next to some of the photos identifying the person(s) or posed patients in the picture and I see no reason to doubt this.

An interesting album in any case with 46 photographs, complete but with the first photo missing.

Measures 10" by 8" by2" deep.
