Circa 1890s Louis E. Neuman & Company of New York salesman sample cigar box label book. The wonderfully artistic lithographic labels are embossed in brilliant vivid colors. There are eight labels with a front and back cover. It measures 8" long x 6 wide.
PLEASE NOTEthat the USPS recently raised postal ratesdramically for Priority Mail and they no longer offer Parcel Post. They are switching over to a new service called Parcel Select andrates for this sevice will be higher than Parcel Post. I pre-weigh all items and in most cases offer calculated shipping unless otherwise stated. Fragile items include insurance coverage. I do not mark up my shipping above postal rates.
