This coat size (24mm) uniform button has a cannon and cannonballs with what might be a touch-hole pick. I\'m not sure on the date or country but would guess it dates late 1800\'s and was worn by Austrian or German artillery?
The backmark is seen on a very rare US Diplomatic button (see Albert OD22) and reads \"K.U.K. HOF / LIEFERANTEN// BSW\".........if anyone can identify this button I would love to hear about it.
