This is a vintage collectable mahogany hand painted handbag by Enid Collins with the original tag that came with the handbag when purchased. I purchased this handbag at an estate sale and it was a great find!! To find an Enid Collins with the original tag is very rare! This handbag on the inside is signed showing : copyright in 1965 enid Collins. On one side of the card it states: The Original Box Bag by Collins of Texas. With this vintage handbag being 50 yrs. old, I will have to say that it is in great condition however it is vintage so it isn\'t perfect. There are a few scatches on the back and on the side but no deep major scratches.A little of the brass on the handles has turned but isn\'t that bad. On the bottom left of handbag,there is a little area that is a little dull looking and also on the inside of handbag on right side there is a couple of small black marks,ink mark on inside right,& few faint specks on mirror due to age. Around the enid Collins signature on the inside, it looks like some glue residue that was left on top of the wood probably where they had glued the mirror in place, don\'t really know for sure.Please see all of the photos and please email me with any questions!
