I bought this book for my wife, as she is into trying different diets and she rather likes the paleo diet pretty well. I thought that I would encourage her by getting her this book and she loves it. the first thing she did was cook our family a great dinner using a couple recipes from this book and, I tell you what, IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I never thought that "eating like a caveman" would be so delicious, and very healthy for you at that! I would recommend this book to any and all that want to eat a little more healthy. eating from the recipes in this book would be a great way to stay away from the bad carbs, processed foods, and still eat like a king/queen. even lose weight in a healthy way too.
It's my go to book for ideas. The author has something to make out of the ingredients I have on hand and that I like to use over and over. Most of the ideas are surprisingly good.

There are some pretty tasty sounding recipes in this book. So far, I've made the mayonnaise recipe and it was great, no more store bought for me. I'm making the Chicken-Chutney stuffed Mushrooms for forth of July.
