Curb Your Enthusiasm: "It's all a matter of perspective." Curb Your Enthusiasm is a fantastic trip starring Larry David (writer for Seinfeld) who trips and stumbles through life one step at a time... uncovering many of the bizarre issues we face in our day to day life. The best part about Curb Your Enthusiam is that there is a little Larry David in each of us - it is difficult to watch the show and not find yourself relating to the situations, characters, and especially to Larry. Curb Your Enthusiam is an HBO show and is done without a true script - while the actors plan the basic plot, the lines are improvised and it creates a more free form show and dialouge - all adding to the humor. I've enjoyed the last four years of Curb Your Enthusiasm and still consider it the best show on TV. Curb Your Enthusiam: Season 2, Disc 1: "The Car Salesman," "Thor," "Trick or Treat," "The Shrimp Incident" and "The Thong." Season 2, Disc 2: "The Acupuncturist," "The Doll," "Shaq," "The Baptism" and "The Massage." - Season 2, Disc 2 remains my favorite Curb Your Enthusiam disc of all 4 seasons... each of these five shows is hilarious! The DVD set has some of the greatest individual shows of all the seasons. "The Car Salesman," a rare look at Larry David attempting to sell cars is a true classic. But my favorite episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" is in this Season set, "Shaq," a brilliantly composed episode which deals with Larry David accidently tripping Shaq and in the process changing his luck for the better. This episode was the reason I bought the DVD set. There isn't much to dislike about the Second season, but it has its moments where you cringe, i.e.: Larry's therapist is wearing a thong on the beach.
Larry David is the funniest man alive today. He is also the best Comedy writer alive today!
