Give it 30 days and your hot flashes and night sweats will be GONE. Remember to take it every am at the same time. For some reason the CVS brand did not work for me, so I went back to paying the higher price for name brand Estroven. Thank goodness I found it on eBay for cheaper. I like the formulation with Yerba Mate for the extra energy it gives for a couple of hours.
