I was hesitant to make a vintage purchase noticing how BROWN the liquid appeared in the Ebay post. I was right !! If the liquid looks dark or brownish then the fragrance has gone bad. The Chanel 5 smelled bitter and earth soil like with hints of the once cologne underneath. I had to throw it out ! Not even able to use as a room fragrance. .
